Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the carrier for delivery arrangements if needed.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If the carrier is unable to contact you, or if you fail to accept delivery or pick up your package from the local delivery point within the timeframe required by the carrier, the shipment may be returned to us or discarded by the carrier.
⚠️ In such cases, no refund or free reshipment will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the shipment or to arrange collection with the carrier.
Incorrect Address / Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information provided by the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
Optilife Bunion Fix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Disclaimer
Customs, duties, and import taxes may apply to your order and are the responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs clearance or local carriers are outside of our control.
