Return & Refund Policy – Optilife Bunion Fix

At Optilife Bunion Fix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully as they outline our return and refund policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.


Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be requested by contacting us at contact@optilifecompany.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or wellness products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.


Customer Responsibility

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Correct Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details (address, phone number, email). We are not liable for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Failed Delivery / Refusal to Accept: If the carrier is unable to deliver because the customer cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, or fails to collect the package from the local delivery point within the required timeframe, no refund will be issued.


Proof of Delivery

  • If the carrier tracking shows the order as “Delivered”, it will be considered successfully delivered.

  • We are not responsible for claims of non-receipt once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  • Any disputes regarding delivery should be directed to the shipping carrier.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and provide a solution.


Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier or fulfillment partner.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at contact@optilifecompany.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another item, you must complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
